To excel in this position, you should have 8-12 years of experience in project control within reputable consulting or EPC companies. A background in Mining, Metal, and Minerals or Oil & Gas industries is preferred. Proficiency in planning and scheduling tools, such as Primavera and MS Project, is essential, along with strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
