Project Consultant MAP & Hot-Sealed Sweets Packaging

Role Overview: As a consultant for Gokul, a premium Indian sweets brand based in Kolkata, your primary role will be to activate the setup for the packed sweets vertical using Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and hot sealing. You will work on commissioning and calibrating the existing MAP tray sealing machine and optimizing the hot sealing process for Rasgulla cans. Your responsibilities will include finalizing sealing parameters, running pilot batches for 23 SKUs, training the in-house team, and initiating the shelf-life monitoring process. Key Responsibilities: - Commission and calibrate the existing MAP tray sealing machine - Operate and optimize the hot sealing process for Rasgulla cans - Finalize sealing parameters such as temperature, dwell time, and gas mix - Run pilot batches for 23 SKUs - Train the in-house team and provide basic SOPs - Initiate the shelf-life monitoring process Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience with MAP packaging and hot sealing in sweets/FMCG/dairy industry - Previous experience in the sweets & snacks industry - Knowledge of gas flushing, food-safe films, and sealing parameters - Willingness to work on-site in Kolkata for approximately two weeks - Strong focus on execution and delivering results If you are interested in this opportunity to work with Gokul, please contact Rajni Kant Balasaria at +91 98300 30214 or email at rajnikant@gokulgourmet.com.,
