Role Overview: As a consultant for Gokul, a premium Indian sweets brand based in Kolkata, your primary role will be to activate the setup for the packed sweets vertical using Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) and hot sealing. You will work on commissioning and calibrating the existing MAP tray sealing machine and optimizing the hot sealing process for Rasgulla cans.
