Project Consultant - Business Consulting PI - Transformation Delivery

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management, delivery, and consulting. ### Roles and Responsibility Independently lead tracks and manage client-facing junior team members in designing, developing, and implementing solutions. Manage project planning, budgeting, and deliverable content development. Contribute to people development by coaching, providing input, and guiding team members. Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure team members have necessary tools, and provide timely feedback. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives, tracking progress and reviewing tasks to meet deadlines. Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals. ### Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or Chartered Accountant (CA) with an MBA from a reputed institute. At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management and delivery. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and provide excellent customer service. Demonstrate good documentation and report writing skills, along with solid project management skills and consultative operational expertise. Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and show leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
