Project Consultant - Business Consulting PI - Transformation Delivery

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Project Consultant to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management, delivery, and consulting. ### Roles and Responsibility Independently lead tracks and manage client-facing junior team members in designing, developing, and implementing solutions. Manage project planning, budgeting, and deliverable content. Contribute to people development by coaching, providing input, and guiding team members. Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure team members have necessary tools, and provide timely feedback. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives, track progress, and review tasks to meet deadlines. Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer goals. Proactively communicate project status, issues, and risks to management, conducting regular status meetings with stakeholders. Develop project plans, execute them, coordinate projects, communicate changes and progress, complete projects on time and within budget, and manage self and project team activities. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer needs, soliciting feedback to improve service, and meeting commitments. Analyze complex or diverse information, collect and research data, use intuition and experience to complement data, design workflows and procedures, and identify/resolve problems in a timely manner.### Job Requirements MBA/Masters degree from a reputed institute with a good academic background. At least 3 years of supervisory experience in project management and delivery. Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and provide services across multiple client departments. Demonstrate practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Be agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach. Exhibit good documentation and report writing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate stakeholder requirements to team members.
