Project Construction Head

Role Overview: As a Project Construction Head at Ashiana, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within estimated timelines and quality standards. Your aim will be to implement a wow factor in the projects, bringing happiness and comfort to our residents. Key Responsibilities: - Own and ensure end-to-end delivery of projects, focusing on implementing a wow factor. - Devise the sequence of activities on site in coordination with key stakeholders. - Accomplish profitability through budget adherence, checking estimates, and auditing materials. - Plan construction with respect to annual targets, ensuring quality within budgeted cost. - Coordinate with the purchase team, manage costs, and facilitate vendor enrollment. - Ensure safety, staffing, training, and legal compliance at the site. Qualifications Required: - Full-time B.Tech in Civil Engineering. - 17 to 24 years of experience in civil engineering. - Passion for quality and attention to detail. - Understanding of MS Projects preferred. - Experience in handling multiple projects. - Success measured by customer satisfaction and achieving targets. - Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry trends.,
