Project Construction Head

You will be joining Ashiana as a Project Construction Head based in Jaipur, Rajasthan. With a 17 to 24 years of experience as a civil engineer holding a full-time B.Tech in Civil Engineering, you will play a crucial role in owning and ensuring the end-to-end delivery of projects within estimated timelines and quality standards. Your objective will be to implement a "wow" factor in the projects, striving to bring satisfaction to our residents across various locations including Jaipur, Gurugram, Pune, Chennai, Bhiwadi, and more. Your responsibilities will include devising the sequence of activities on-site in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring project profitability through adherence to budgets, checking estimates, BOQs, BOMs, and auditing materials regularly. You will be tasked with timely planning and completion of constructions within budgeted costs, coordinating with the purchase team for vendor management, cost control, and necessary approvals. Safety, staffing, training, and development of site personnel along with compliance with legal requirements will fall under your purview. Your success will be measured by achieving customer satisfaction and meeting project objectives while consistently updating your knowledge and skills. Proficiency in MS Projects, experience in handling multiple projects, and a keen eye for quality and detail are essential for this role.
