Role Overview

• We are seeking a Senior Project Co-ordinator who will play a key role in ensuring smooth client co-ordination and efficient project handling. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between clients and our internal teams, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, requirements, and queries.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Proactively identify potential risks or delays and resolve them effectively.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure high client satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Project Co-ordinator or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Good knowledge of project management tools/software will be an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
