PROJECT CO ORDINATIOR - LADIES

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in steering projects from conception to successful completion. Your responsibilities will include: - Organizing and monitoring project schedules, resources, milestones, and deliverables to keep things running smoothly. - Liaising with team members, clients, and external partners to ensure goals, requirements, and timelines are clear and achievable. - Preparing, updating, and maintaining project documentation, action plans, budgets, and reports for leadership and clients. - Facilitating meetings, tracking issues, escalating blockers, and communicating updates across all parties. - Assisting project managers in planning, risk assessment, and problem-solving. - Supporting resource allocation, ensuring quality standards, and helping deliver innovative results within deadlines. Desired Skills & Experience: - Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking talents. - Experience in coordinating teams and managing administrative processes. - Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field preferred. - Previous experience in project coordination or team support is a plus.
