Project & Change Analyst

Role Overview: As a Project & Change Analyst at Deutsche Bank in Pune, India, you will be part of the central program driving the introduction and scaling of AI across various banking operations. Your primary focus will be to identify AI potential, drive funded use cases into production, create value and confidence, and scale AI initiatives across the bank. Additionally, you will be involved in developing frameworks to measure AI cost and productivity, track adoption, and assess return on investment for AI products. Your role will require close collaboration with business units, finance teams, and senior stakeholders to enhance transparency around AI consumption, costs, and benefits. Key Responsibilities: - Track the cost of running AI for various IT products, including infrastructure technology, Cloud, and application support costs. - Assist in developing and implementing a framework to measure AI value, concentrating on productivity and efficiency gains. - Collaborate with team leads to enhance business units" understanding of AI-driven ROI and financial impact. - Support the AI Book of Work (BoW) by tracking AI funding allocation, consumption, and realized benefits. - Develop dashboards to monitor AI adoption, consumption, and cost trends, ensuring transparency. - Define and monitor AI productivity metrics and assist in reporting AI-driven efficiency improvements. - Track and report productivity delivered through AI services. - Ensure AI-related costs and benefits are integrated into financial models by working with finance and reporting teams. - Analyze AI cost drivers and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. - Maintain high-quality end-to-end financial reporting and analytical services across all aspects of the AI & ML portfolio. Qualifications Required: - 4-8 years of experience in strategic cost analysis, technology cost measurement, and financial reporting. - Strong exposure to financial services or other regulated industries. - Experience in productivity tracking, AI-driven efficiency analysis, and financial forecasting. - Working knowledge of data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in AI cost-benefit analysis. - Knowledge of AI/ML product adoption and business impact measurement. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools. - Preferred: MBA Finance/Chartered Accountant.
