Role & responsibilities Target clients: Architects, Builders, Developers, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), Contractors, and Consultants. Actively search for leads via internet research and cold calls to schedule client visits. Visit client offices/sites to meet purchase managers, design heads, directors, etc., for gathering project insights. Conduct on-site presentations and product demonstrations. Explore scope for business in glass, aluminium, UPVC, steel, and wood-based project components. Provide technical support and submit accurate quotations. Handle negotiations, confirm orders, and coordinate with HQ/warehouse for delivery. Ensure timely follow-ups for order status and payment collection. OFFICE (INTERNAL) RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare quotations and BOQs based on client requirements. Coordinate with internal design and overseas teams for customized solutions and order processing. Job Description About the Role Our client, a fast-growing D2C brand in the home and lifestyle sector, is seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Sales Associate - B2B to join their expanding Institutional Sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale the B2B network in key markets by targeting institutional buyers and identifying new sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, with a focus on business development and relationship building in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and convert new B2B opportunities to drive revenue and market share in assigned regions. Develop and expand the institutional client base through strategic outbound efforts and lead generation. Conduct high-impact product presentations and demonstrations with key decision-makers to close sales. Build and nurture a strong pipeline of prospects across multiple channels. Explore untapped markets and verticals to create new business opportunities. Schedule, plan, and execute regular client meetings to build strong and sustainable relationships. Preferred Experience 4-8 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales. Prior exposure to project-based selling, especially in the hospitality, real estate, or commercial interiors segments, will be an added advantage.
