Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Reviewing scientific research content and PPT training material provided by the team.
  • Structuring content into logical learning flow and storyboard format.
  • Designing and developing interactive SCORM-compliant e-learning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise 360/Adobe Captivate/iSpring.
  • Creating learning screens, assessments, and micro-interaction elements for enhanced learner engagement.
  • Converting complex neuroscience and behavioural concepts into simple, learner-friendly visual content.
  • Coordinating with subject-matter experts to clarify content understanding and learning objectives.
  • Ensuring SCORM packaging, compatibility and smooth functioning on LMS systems.
  • Iterating based on feedback and improving the final learning experience.
