Project Associate/Business Analyst

As an Operations professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of a project are organized and comply with timelines and deliverables requirements. You will develop and maintain a project performance database to track progress and milestones. Efficiently assigning and monitoring resources to enhance project efficiency and maximize deliverables output will be a key part of your role. Reporting project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalating issues as per the project work plan will also be a critical aspect of your responsibilities. Acting as the primary point of communication between company teams and external resources is essential. Collaborating with stakeholders across various business units such as sales, finance, security, and compliance to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative manner will be part of your routine. You will effectively communicate with production, managerial, and executive teams. Continuously evaluating, analyzing, and communicating systems requirements and maintaining systems processes will be a part of your regular tasks. Delivering monthly status reports to both internal and external stakeholders is a key responsibility. Creating and implementing precise management plans for each project with a focus on transparent communication at all levels will be crucial. Working closely with team members from different departments to ensure project-related work is completed successfully is also part of the role. Fieldwork may be required as part of this position. If you have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, data visualization capabilities, strong time management and organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, you are the ideal candidate for this role. Additionally, teamwork and interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work onsite in Hyderabad, India, are highly desirable.,
