Role Overview

The Project Associate will support Netri, a tech-driven incubation platform empowering rural women entrepreneurs. The role involves coordinating training, field operations, and monitoring program outcomes as Netri scales in Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate training for women entrepreneurs and community fellows.

Track and report impact through effective M&E systems.

Support program implementation and field coordination.

Engage with government and partner organizations.

Document impact stories, reports, and case studies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Social Work, Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.

2–3 years’ experience in project delivery, training, or community development.

Strong facilitation, data analysis, and reporting skills.

Proficiency in English and Tamil; MS Office.

Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu.

Female candidates preferred.
