As a Project Associate at RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University Uttar Pradesh, Noida, you will be working on the research project named "Zero Carbon Strategies for Real Estate Markets in Emerging Asia: A Case of India" sponsored by Property Research Trust, England. Your role will involve conducting research to develop strategies for achieving zero carbon in real estate markets in emerging Asia, with a focus on the Indian market. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct research to analyze current trends and practices in the real estate sector related to carbon emissions. - Collaborate with the project team to develop innovative strategies for reducing carbon footprint in the real estate industry. - Collect and analyze data to support the development of zero carbon strategies for the Indian real estate market. - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other project deliverables as required. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA/ M.Plan/ M.Arch or equivalent qualification (or pursuing these courses). - Preference will be given to candidates with a Doctorate degree. - Strong research acumen and a keen interest in sustainability and environmental issues. As a Project Associate, you will be expected to start immediately and work flexible hours, both at the university and in the field. The duration of the position is 3 months, with a monthly compensation of Rs 45,000/- including conveyance. The appointment will be governed by the terms and conditions of the funding agency, particularly applicable to the project.
