Project Assistant

QUALIFICATION : DME / BE / BTECH with project management experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

RFQ and Initial Feasibility review:

1) Review RFQ and prepare and send Initial feasibility report for customer approval

2) Conduct APQP team meeting for part review and tool design concepts after PO/Project confirmation

3) Prepare Final DFM and get approval from customer

Planning:

1) Form APQP team for the awarded project

2) Prepare and Get approval of project time line from customer with detailed activities based on customer milestone.

3) Responsible for Conducting kick off meeting about project time line, Project details to team

4) Review with customer for Checking methods/Checking Equipments

Progress:

1) Prepare and send the weekly tool manufacturing / Project status to customer

2) Communicate with team and customers related to project queries / updates from time to time

3) Monitoring and keep tracking about all project status

Documentation:

1) Prepare APQP toolsets

2) Prepare PFC/PFMEA/CONTROL PLAN during pre launch production

3) Prepare PV/DV plan set

4) Prepare MSDS sheet

5) Preparation for PPAP documents / APQP tool set

Trial :

1) Conduct APQP team meeting and inform about trial Quantities / Cp / Cpk

2) Arrange machine and materials for trial

3) Conduct molding trial with Short fill details/and Filling / Cooling

4) Follow up for Dimension check

5) Handover of samples and inspection report to customer

6) Review with customer for dimension/appearance/tool function corrections

7) Responsible for get dimension approval from customer

8) Responsible for buy off procedures

PPAP Preparation:

1) Prepare PPAP documents

2) Prepare PPAP and Limit samples

3) Responsible for Proving run at rate (300 Shots)

4) Responsible for Getting approved PSW from customer

Product Launch:

1) Conduct closing meeting after PSW signed

2) Handover PPAP documents for production

3) Handover limit / customer approved sample for production

4) Ensure smooth production launch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
