Responsibilities:

• Ability to create innovative & practical design for Residences, Commercial spaces, Hotels & Resorts recommended.

• Pre-Design Management
• End-to-End ownership in meeting clients, gathering client requirements, site coordination, and material selection.
• Conversant with providing detailed material specifications, site supervision, and execution.
• Complete drawing sets to be released, keeping every detail in mind. Ensure all line drawings, 3-D layouts, and GFC drawings are provided well in time, along with material specifications.
• Attention to detail, carefully following instructions and checking work for accuracy.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good communication and client handling skills.
• Budget management.
• Good timekeeping and work ethic characterized by commitment, motivation, and energy.
• Ability to work under pressure and setbacks, reliable in meeting deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people and work cooperatively with others.
• Ability to lead and mentor other team members.
• Preparing good design presentations.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Education: B.Arch. / Master Degree appreciated / Diploma in drafting Software knowledge: AUTOCAD, Photoshop, Sketch up, 3DS MAX, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, Microsoft power point
