Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Architect located at Designplus, 3rd Floor, Shah arcade in Kozhikode. The Project Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, managing projects from inception to completion, preparing and reviewing submittals, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. The role also involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and consultants to achieve project objectives, and maintaining a focus on sustainable design practices

Qualifications

• Skills in Architecture, including creating and developing design concepts
• Project Management skills, with experience in overseeing all phases of architectural projects
• Knowledge of Submittals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional licensure or certification is a plus
