Project Manager

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead change initiatives and manage senior stakeholder relationships with minimal supervision.
• Plan and deliver projects effectively, optimizing scope, schedule, and budget as per

  Business Transformation Frameworks

• Monitor project execution, proactively identify risks/issues/dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, obtain buy-in for key project plans, and manage governance.
• Analyze management reports to derive insights and support business decisions.
• Drive

  Change Adoption

  to ensure smooth transition and benefits realization.
• Prepare detailed project plans, assign resources, and track milestones using

  Clarity/JIRA/MS Project

  .
• Provide timely status reports, evaluate performance using standardized metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of

  Business Transformation Frameworks

  and

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

  .
• Experience in

  Change Adoption processes

  and transformation projects.
• Proficiency in

  project management tools

  (Clarity, JIRA, MS Project).
• Domain expertise in

  Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Risk, Compliance, Payments

  .
• Understanding of banking/financial services industry.
• Experience in project tracking, risk management, and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with

  Design & Initiation (D&I)

  for transformation changes.
• Exposure to multi-country/regional projects.
