Job Description

As an ISOL Service Delivery Support at Magna in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in project management support, onboarding/offboarding employees and contractors, license management/system administration support, and regular communication and escalation management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Project Management Support: - Creating quotes in SAP - Preparing POs/PRs in Purchasing tool - Administering the project pipeline and assignment with management teams - Creating necessary project documentation and collaboration sites - Handling back-end topics such as reporting and status updates to managers - Managing project closures and subsequent customer surveys - Onboarding / Offboarding employees and contractors: - Coordinating with HR for partner account setup - Placing orders for email and VPN accounts - Assisting new employees/contractors in connecting to Magna network and managing access to various system resources - License Management / System Administration Support: - Providing billing support - Managing licensing support - Assisting in creating CRIT notes and subsequent billing - Evaluating and reviewing user privileges - Regular Communication And Escalation Management: - Communicating regularly regarding support ticket status - Escalating major issues as needed - Managing exceptions and time tracking Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of work-related experience - Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and Outlook - Strong project and time management skills - High service orientation, initiative, creativity, diligence, accuracy, and social skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English At Magna, you will be part of a global, entrepreneurial-minded team that is dedicated to advancing mobility in an evolving transportation landscape.
