Job Description

The Project Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities for projects, including bookkeeping, record maintenance, and ensuring accurate financial documentation using computerized accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain project accounts and handle day-to-day bookkeeping
Record financial transactions accurately and update ledgers
Prepare project-related financial statements and reports
Use computerized accounting software to maintain accounts
Assist in budget tracking and expense monitoring for projects
Reconcile accounts and monitor project expenses
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies
Support management in financial analysis and reporting for projects

Eligibility Criteria

Post Graduate qualification
35 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
Knowledge of computerized accounting systems
