Experience 3-4 YrsEducation – ITI/DiplomaVacancy - 3JD • Responsible for servicing all types of stamping press tools, progressive tools etc... • Experience in high speed progressive stamping • Machining and Manufacturing of progressive tools, Jigs and Fixtures. • Online progressive tool Troubleshooting in press shop. • Reduce the machine down time due to press tool • Conduct regular meeting with tool teams on technical matters pertaining to tooling and discuss with production & quality teams on any tooling problems and improvement • Spare management • To update working progress report daily and to maintain record. • Maintaining 5S in tool room.
