Program/Project Manager 5

Role Overview: You will be part of the Global Operations Group at the company, which focuses on bringing together information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing to drive the global business operations. The team plays a key role in delivering industry-leading solutions efficiently and supporting the growth of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Manage key areas within global operations focusing on problem-solving and operational excellence - Drive organizational goals through improvement initiatives across functions using program management principles - Develop project plans, lead project activities from planning to implementation, track project schedules, and maintain matrices for process improvements - Solve complex business problems, build solutions to improve operations, and support critical business strategies - Collaborate with a high-performing team to drive execution, mitigate risks, ensure compliance with timelines, and deliver results aligned with business objectives - Provide strategic inputs to initiative prioritization, integration, and resource application, ensuring alignment with organizational vision Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in operations management, engineering, or a related field with over 12 years of experience, or a master's degree with more than 10 years of experience, or equivalent professional expertise - More than 10 years of extensive experience in project and program management, navigating matrix organizations, and effectively influencing stakeholders - Strong business analytical skills with a background in Power BI, MS Suite, & SAP - Clear and concise communication and presentation skills with the ability to work in a dynamic cross-functional environment Preferred Qualifications: - Working experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus - PMP, SCRUM, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and other relevant certifications are preferred - Ability to grasp complex technical topics and abstract key issues and risks into an actionable form - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and agility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Note: Our commitment is to create an inclusive and empowering environment where every individual is valued and has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
