Summary: As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure the successful delivery, monitoring, and control of service level agreements, while collaborating with various stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals. Project specific JD- AI/ML, Build agents, hands-on code delivery, ADK, Agent Engine, Cloud Run, Vertex AI, Model Training Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project objectives. - Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with tools for project tracking and reporting. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Generative AI. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
