Program/Project Management Lead

As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. You will define project scope and monitor the execution of deliverables. It is your responsibility to communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. Your main tasks include being an SME, collaborating and managing the team, leading project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring project deliverables are on time and within budget, identifying and mitigating project risks, and providing solutions to problems for immediate and multiple teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting - Ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget - Identify and mitigate project risks **Qualification Required:** - Must have skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management - Good to have skills: Experience with Scrum - Strong understanding of project management methodologies - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies In addition to the main responsibilities, you must have a very robust knowledge and deep experience in Software development using C#, ASP.net MVC, ASP.net WebAPI, Angular, and SQL Server. Experience with developing and consuming Web API/Rest API, database concepts, and SQL Programming is required. Proficiency in CSS, Typescript, HTML, Bootstrap, troubleshooting, and debugging skills are essential. A minimum of 7 years of experience in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, and Web Services is necessary. Experience with Source Control Management systems and the ability to identify, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet critical project deadlines are crucial. Collaborative skills, experience in analysis, design development, testing, and implementation of enterprise-scale apps are also required. **Additional Information:** - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile Project Management. - This position is based at the Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. - Resource should be open to work in B Shift (Afternoon Shifts 12:30 to 10:30) during weekdays.,
