About The Role
Project Role :Program/Project Management Lead
Project Role Description :Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary:As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will oversee the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Your typical day involves defining project scopes, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and facilitating communication among various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address issues, and achieve desired outcomes. You will engage in strategic planning and problem-solving, ensuring that all aspects of the project are on track and aligned with the overall goals of the organization. Your role will require you to adapt to changing circumstances and provide leadership to your team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Facilitate regular project meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges.

Develop and maintain project documentation to track progress and outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.

Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with Scrum, Program Project Management.

Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
