Must have skills : Groovy (Programming Language) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. You will leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the progress of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and scope. Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Groovy (Programming Language). Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Experience in leading and managing complex projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Microsoft Project. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Groovy (Programming Language). This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
