Must have skills : Dynatrace APM, Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will lead business and technology outcomes for assigned program, project, or contracted service. Leverage standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. You will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and meeting service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Lead and manage project teams effectively. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Dynatrace APM, Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST). Strong understanding of IT project management principles. Experience in managing cross-functional project teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
