Must have skills : Infrastructure Service Management Good to have skills : Service Analytics Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : BCA and ITIL Summary :As an Infrastructure Service Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. Your typical day will involve leveraging standard tools, methodologies, and processes to deliver, monitor, and control service level agreements. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the delivery of infrastructure services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams. Manage the implementation of new infrastructure services, ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Identify opportunities for service improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of Infrastructure Service Management. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Service Analytics. Experience in leading and managing infrastructure services. Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
