Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating across multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among diverse teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and drive project alignment. - Mentor junior professionals in project management best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey project goals and updates to stakeholders. - Ability to analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
