Programme Specialist

As a Programme Specialist at ACE, you will be responsible for overseeing three or more classrooms of 8 students each within the 6-hour school programme. Your main focus will be on programming aspects, teacher training, and closely managing interventions based on the principles of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis). - Supervise all team members, including classroom managers and case managers. - Delegate and supervise team roles and cases. - Oversee the health and safety of staff and students. - Participate in regular supervision by the program director. - Conduct ongoing observations and evaluations of team members. - Ensure student clinical and educational programs are effective and updated in a timely manner. - Provide training sessions in Applied Behavior Analysis, physical intervention techniques, educational programs, behavioral programs, medical services, and family services. - Directly oversee classroom managers and case managers in tasks such as completing Core Skills Assessment and IEP for each student, training teachers, addressing IEP objectives, developing curriculum and behavioral programs, conducting 3-year Evaluations, coordinating vocational education for students over age 12, and ensuring staff attendance at IEP meetings. - Coordinate communication with families, implement home programs through case managers, conduct monthly clinics with families, and participate in parent training seminars. - Develop research projects for student caseload following ABA design and participate in ongoing research initiatives. Qualifications: - Board certified BCBA or equivalent Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
