Programme Head

You will be responsible for leading the implementation of danaVrddhi's 4-Phase LIFE Approach to Scale, overseeing the P&L of the vertical. You will identify and develop co-funding opportunities to support the initiative, responsible for the entire process from identification to reporting. Conduct outreach within the NGO community to attract participants, manage the application and selection process. Provide training and guidance to NGOs, equipping them with effective fundraising techniques and strategies to enhance their retail fundraising capabilities. Recruit, train, and supervise the team responsible for delivering the danaVrddhi programme. Supervise fundraising challenges and campaigns, implement creative strategies to maximize returns on investment and encourage donor participation. Work with NGOs to create compelling narratives that inspire and engage retail individual donors, highlighting the impact of their contributions. Manage the entire program, including financial aspects, outreach, training, and coaching, ensuring the success of the program from initiation to completion. - 8+ years of progressive experience in retail fundraising, specializing in crowdfunding, communications, and engagement strategies. - Proven track record of successful fundraising campaigns, showcasing expertise in communications, marketing, impactful storytelling, and partner engagement techniques. - Ability to secure funds from institutional donors end-to-end. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. - Strategic mindset with a proven ability to develop and execute innovative fundraising strategies to achieve ambitious financial objectives.,
