We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Programme Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme engineering management and be able to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive programme plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure timely delivery of projects, and meet customer expectations.
Conduct regular progress reviews and provide feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize programme outcomes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of programme engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
Experience with project management tools and technologies, such as Agile methodologies and cloud-based platforms.
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
