Responsibilities: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on programmatic digital marketing, covering foundational, intermediate, and advanced levels. Conduct onboarding sessions and continuous development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement. Develop engaging, up-to-date training materials, including presentations and practical exercises, reflecting current trends, technologies, and tools. Provide hands-on, practical sessions with live demonstrations of programmatic platforms (e.g., Google DV360, The Trade Desk, AppNexus, etc.). Customize training content for different skill levels, aligning with specific learning paths and business needs across diverse employee roles. Educate participants on core programmatic concepts, including real-time bidding, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and analytics. Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices within the programmatic and broader digital marketing landscape. Collaborate with operations leaders, learning partners, and client teams to ensure training programs address key challenges and opportunities. Develop and implement evaluation tools to measure learning outcomes and training effectiveness, offering constructive feedback to learners. Serve as a mentor, providing ongoing guidance to help learners apply programmatic strategies effectively in real-world scenarios. Monitor and track training attendance, participation, and outcomes, generating reports and insights to drive continuous improvement in training programs. Key Skills: Over 5 years of hands-on experience in Programmatic Advertising, with a strong focus on developing and executing programmatic strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives. In-depth knowledge of Google Marketing Platforms, online advertising, and digital marketing. Experience working with Digital Marketing Agencies, providing insights and executing successful programmatic initiatives. Proven ability to design and deliver training programs, workshops, and talks on programmatic concepts and best practices. Certified in Digital Marketing, including DV360 and CM360 certifications. Hands-on experience with major DSP platforms, such as DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Verizon, Yahoo, Amazon, and Xandr. Strong understanding of media fundamentals and concepts, including audience targeting, real-time bidding, and campaign optimization. Deep knowledge of industry trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing, particularly programmatic advertising, ensuring training content remains current and relevant. Experience in executing marketing campaigns is an added advantage. Passionate about teaching and mentoring, with the ability to foster a culture of continuous learning, development, and growth for both individuals and teams.
