The role involves creating learning paths across all levels, conducting onboarding and upskilling sessions, and mentoring employees in applying real-world programmatic strategies. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training on programmatic concepts (RTB, targeting, optimization, analytics). Conduct onboarding and continuous learning programs for employees. Create and maintain engaging, up-to-date training materials. Provide hands-on sessions using platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, and Xandr. Customize training by role and experience level. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business needs. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide learner feedback. Track attendance, outcomes, and generate improvement reports. Mentor learners to apply strategies in operational settings. Key Skills: 5+ years in Programmatic Advertising with hands-on DSP experience (DV360, TTD, etc.). Strong understanding of digital marketing, GMP tools, and campaign execution. Experience in executing marketing campaigns is an added advantage.
