1. Curate, plan, and manage performing and visual arts programs.
2. Assist in executing the department's annual cultural calendar.
3. Collaborate with artists and cultural institutions to organize events.
4. Monitor and evaluate cultural program outcomes.
5. Promote art forms through workshops, seminars, and conclaves.
6. Assist in designing new schemes for conserving Bihar's art and cultural heritage.
1. Minimum 12 years of experience in program management within the arts sector
2. Experience in curating and executing at least 5 mega cultural events at the district, state, or national level
3 Master's Degree in Fine Arts, Performing Arts, or Art Administration
