IU/Dept: Deshpande Startups – YUVA (Student Entrepreneurship Vertical) Job Location: Hubballi Experience: 5-8 Program Manager YUVA (Student Entrepreneurship Vertical) Education and experience : This role is ideal for someone who: Believes in the transformative power of student entrepreneurship Thrives in high-energy, learning-driven environments Enjoys working closely with colleges, universities, and young innovators Has the vision to scale programs across India and the operational grit to lead them Key responsibilities and accountabilities : Strategically plan, implement, and scale the YUVA program across North Karnataka, North Telangana, and other parts of India Co-create and refine engaging, hands-on learning materials tailored for student entrepreneurs Design robust frameworks to track program impact and document stories of transformation Operate and manage a micro-grants program to support high-potential student founders Collaborate with colleges, mentors, implementation partners, investors, and government bodies Guide students through ideation to execution, while also designing and piloting new models to scale student entrepreneurship across India Passion for hardware innovation and entrepreneurship First-principles thinking and strong technical problem-solving High ownership and drive to build from scratch Proven ability to operate labs or create hardware products
