Program Manager - Visual Merchandiser

As a Program Manager of Visual Merchandising at Apnamart, your role involves defining, implementing, and managing the visual presentation strategy across all store formats. Your responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to ensure consistent in-store presentation, enhancing shopper experience, and driving sales. You will also lead activities for new store openings and manage promotional displays to improve visibility and engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop visual merchandising program including layouts, display standards, and signage guidelines for all store formats and categories. - Partner with store operations and category teams to align merchandise-placement logic with business goals. - Lead VM activities for new store openings and store refreshes, coordinating timelines, materials, and vendor installation. - Manage promotional displays, seasonal campaigns, and store-front visuals. - Monitor store compliance through regular audits and report corrective actions. - Work with vendors to source VM materials, negotiate costs, and track quality. - Maintain dashboard of VM program performance including display compliance, cost tracking, and store visual scores. - Train store staff on VM standards and best practices. - Stay updated on retail visual trends and competitor store-looks. - Drive continuous improvement in VM processes and procedures. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, Design, or related discipline. - 1-2 years experience in retail merchandising or visual presentation. - Strong aesthetic sensibility and commercial mindset. - Hands-on project management skills and data analytics competence. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Willingness to travel and conduct on-ground audits. - Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with visual tools is a plus.,
