Program Manager - Technology and Operations

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 fellows and implementing technology-related projects. You will have the opportunity to create a positive impact by rolling out technology-related projects in the three districts of Maharashtra. Your role will involve mentoring the fellows on using technology to solve local problems and collaborating with the Program team to ensure children learn innovation using local resources and electronics. Additionally, you will work towards setting up systems and frameworks that capture qualitative and quantitative growth at the Ichalkaranji office.
