Program Manager - Technology and Operations

As a Team Manager at our Ichalkaranji office, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 8-10 fellows in implementing technology-related projects across three districts of Maharashtra. Your role will involve mentoring the fellows to leverage technology for solving local problems and collaborating with the Program team to ensure that children are learning innovation through local resources and electronics. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing systems and frameworks to measure both qualitative and quantitative growth. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 8-10 fellows to successfully implement technology-related projects - Create a positive impact by rolling out projects in Maharashtra districts - Mentor fellows on utilizing technology for local problem-solving - Collaborate with the Program team to promote innovation among children - Develop systems and frameworks for capturing growth metrics effectively Qualifications: - Must have a strong inclination towards solving real-life problems - Proficiency in time management, organization, and communication skills - Fluency in English and Marathi is preferred - Proactive and resourceful approach to work This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team towards impactful technological solutions and contribute to the growth and development of local communities in Maharashtra.,
