Program Manager-Stamping and Welding

As a Program Manager responsible for the complete New Product Development Cycle from RFQ Stage till SOP at Bilaspur, Haryana, your role involves: - Being aware of the APQP process related to New Product-Development - Program scheduling, progress tracking, program risk analyzing & risk mitigation - Program MIS reporting with a deep understanding of the QCD challenges for the New Product Development Cycle - Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Program - Conducting meetings with customers from a managerial perspective and to some extent, a technical viewpoint - Collaborating within CFT with essential soft skills - Conducting program CFT meetings, sharing MOM, and ensuring effective communication Key Skills Required: - Understanding QCD challenges - Collaboration within CFT - Progress tracking - Soft skills - Program scheduling - Risk mitigation - Program risk analysis - Meeting facilitation - Product development knowledge - APQP process knowledge - Stamping and welding experience in the automotive industry Please note that the location for this position is Bilaspur, Haryana.,
