Job Description: Program Manager Responsibilities Position Title : Program Manager Location : Bangalore Reports to : Vice President Position Summary : The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and management of electric 2-wheeler fleet operations, ensuring seamless coordination between business functions, optimizing fleet performance, and driving strategic initiatives. This role requires a strong background in operations, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and scale the business effectively. Key Responsibilities: Fleet Operations & Management: Oversee end-to-end fleet management, including vehicle deployment, uptime, maintenance, and turnaround times. Develop and implement SOPs for fleet utilization, charging cycles, maintenance schedules, and downtime reduction. Monitor vehicle health through telematics and IoT-based solutions, ensuring predictive maintenance and fleet efficiency. Optimize first-mile and last-mile operations for high performance and cost-effectiveness. Program Planning & Execution: Lead cross-functional programs involving sales, operations, service, and technology teams to drive business outcomes. Define KPIs, SLAs, and operational benchmarks for continuous performance improvement. Align program goals with business objectives and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. Drive the scaling of fleet operations through data-driven decision-making. Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Collaborate with leasing partners, battery swapping service providers, charging infrastructure companies, and OEMs. Maintain strong relationships with government authorities and compliance agencies for regulatory approvals and permits. Work with finance and procurement teams to optimize fleet leasing, financing, and insurance costs. Data Analytics & Reporting: Leverage SQL, Power BI, and fleet analytics tools to track key performance metrics. Implement dashboards for real-time monitoring of fleet performance, cost analysis, and predictive maintenance insights. Conduct periodic risk assessments and operational audits to improve efficiency and compliance. Technology & Process Optimization: Drive adoption of EV fleet management software, telematics, and AI-driven route optimization tools. Identify and implement automation in fleet dispatch, invoicing, and tracking processes. Work closely with the tech team to enhance software solutions for fleet management. Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure adherence to EV fleet regulations, vehicle registration norms, and emission compliance standards. Qualifications & Skills: Education & Experience: Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in fleet operations, program management, or EV/mobility-related businesses. Experience in EV startups, ride-sharing, last-mile delivery, or fleet leasing is a plus. Technical & Functional Skills: Strong background in fleet operations, EV infrastructure, and mobility solutions. Hands-on experience with Advanced excel, SQL, Power BI, Excel, and fleet management software. Familiarity with battery swapping ecosystems, telematics, and charging infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of EV government policies, subsidies, and incentives.
