As a D2C Business Development Manager Key Responsibilities: Develop & execute D2C sales strategies across owned platforms, marketplaces, and social commerce channels. Identify and onboard strategic partnerships to boost brand visibility and revenue. Work closely with marketing teams to enhance customer acquisition through performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and CRM initiatives . Optimize the end-to-end customer journey for higher retention and lifetime value. Analyze sales data, consumer trends, and market insights to improve revenue and profitability. Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Manage and optimize D2C technology stack, including website, payment gateways, and customer service integrations. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth in a D2C or e-commerce environment. Strong understanding of D2C platforms, digital marketing, and online sales strategies . Experience in performance marketing, social commerce, and influencer-driven sales is a plus.
