Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage new product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure successful project execution.
Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis) and PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Develop detailed project plans, track progress against milestones, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure compliance with ISO standards for research & development activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in program management or a related field such as NPD (New Product Development), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), or similar processes.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university; preferably in Automobile or Mechanical stream.
Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, technologies, and regulations (IATF etc).
Proven expertise in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various functions.
