Cattle Feed Formulation*: Develop and implement scientifically formulated cattle feed recipes, ensuring optimal nutritional content and quality.
- *Nutritional Research*: Conduct research on animal nutrition, staying updated on latest trends and advancements in cattle feed formulation.
- *Quality Control*: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in feed formulation.
- *Collaboration*: Work closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure feed formulations meet business needs.
- *Team Leadership*: Lead and mentor a team of nutritionists and feed formulators.
Requirements:
- *Education*: Bachelor Degree or Master's degree in Animal Nutrition, Dairy Science, or related field.
- *Experience*: 12+ years of experience in cattle feed formulation or animal nutrition.
- *Skills*:
