As a Program Manager at Hero Motocorp, you will be part of the Model Line Head Team, collaborating with Cross-Functional teams and driving project deliverables. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating Board Reviews, compiling action plans live, and tracking progress. You will ensure transparent reporting of project health for effective governance & reporting. Additionally, you will manage program/portfolio efficiently and implement project management methodology. Another key responsibility will be leading process development, improvement, and implementation activities. To qualify for this role, you should have Graduation in Engineering. An MBA and PMP Certification are desirable qualifications. You should also possess technical skills/knowledge in PMP, MS Projects, and Data Analytics. Furthermore, strong communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills are essential for this role.
