As a Program Manager at Hero Motocorp, you will be part of the Model Line Head Team, collaborating with Cross-Functional teams and driving project deliverables. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Facilitating Board Reviews, compiling action plans live, and tracking progress - Ensuring transparent reporting of project health for effective governance & reporting - Managing program/portfolio efficiently and implementing project management methodology - Leading process development, improvement, and implementation activities To qualify for this role, you should have: - Graduation in Engineering - MBA (Desirable) - PMP Certification (Desirable) You should also possess technical skills/knowledge in PMP, MS Projects, and Data Analytics, along with strong communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
