Program Manager

As a Program/Project Manager at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., your role will involve leading the department towards CMMI compliance and serving as a Scrum Master to enhance Agile processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation and adoption of CMMI Level 3 best practices - Developing, documenting, and enforcing standard operating procedures aligned with CMMI frameworks - Conducting gap analysis and implementing process improvements for CMMI compliance - Coordinating with teams to ensure audit readiness and facilitate CMMI appraisals As a Scrum Master, you will: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives - Remove impediments hindering team progress and ensure a continuous flow of work - Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and self-organization - Utilize Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for backlog management and tracking - Measure and improve team performance using Agile metrics like velocity and cycle time You should possess the following skills and experience: - Proficiency in Process Improvement & Compliance (CMMI) and Agile & Scrum Methodologies - Strong stakeholder management, communication, change management, and training skills - Analytical and problem-solving abilities - Familiarity with tools and technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and Power BI for reporting Join Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. for the opportunity to drive maturity and Agile transformation in a fast-paced environment, work with cross-functional teams to implement industry best practices, and be part of an organization that values continuous improvement and innovation.
