Key Responsibilities

  and manage the overall strategy for IT infrastructure programs, aligning them with business objectives.

• Project Oversight: Oversee

  Oversee a portfolio of IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams and business units, to gather requirements and provide updates.

• Resource Management:

  Manage and allocate resources, including staffing and budget, across multiple projects.

• Risk Management:

  Identify potential risks and issues within IT infrastructure projects and develop mitigation strategies.

• Vendor and Contractor Management:

  Oversee the selection and management of vendors and contractors involved in infrastructure projects.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track project progress, key performance indicators (KPIs), and milestones, and report on the status of all projects.

• Process Improvement:

  Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency, productivity, and quality of infrastructure deployments.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Technical Expertise:

  Deep understanding of IT infrastructure components such as operating systems (Windows, Linux), network infrastructure, servers, storage, and data centres.

• Program and Project Management:

  Proficiency in project management methodologies, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

• Leadership and Communication:
