Program Manager-IQC

Incoming Quality (Raw Materials & Vendor Quality)

• Manage incoming quality checks for raw materials, frames, lenses, and accessories.
  
• Conduct supplier audits, drive vendor improvement programs, and enforce quality standards.
  
• Reduce supplier rejection rates and ensure compliance with specifications.
  

In-Process Quality (Warehouse & Production)

• Oversee in-process quality inspections in warehouses and edging processes.
  
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  
• Drive Lean / Six Sigma projects to reduce rework, defects, and cycle time.
  

Customer Quality (Customer Experience & Complaints)

• Partner with customer service teams to analyze customer complaints related to product quality.
  
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and align corrective actions across vendors, plants, and warehouses.
  
• Implement sustainable solutions to reduce repeat complaints and improve customer satisfaction (CSAT, NPS).
  

Project & Program Management

• Lead quality improvement projects across supply chain, plant, and customer service functions.
  
• Track KPIs, risks, and project milestones ensuring timely execution.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
  

Data & Reporting

• Define and monitor KPIs such as incoming rejection %, in-process defect %, customer complaint rate, and resolution TAT.
  
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards and present to leadership with action plans.
  

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Quality Management.
  

• 5–8 years of experience

  in

  quality management, supply chain, vendor development, or customer service operations

  (preferably in e-commerce, manufacturing, or FMCG).
• Strong knowledge of

  IQC, process audits, and customer complaint handling.

• Hands-on experience with

  Lean / Six Sigma tools

  (Green Belt preferred).
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and vendor negotiation skills.
  
• Data-driven mindset; proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI (preferred).
